Austin, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Ashlee Hearne has stepped into the role of Director of People Operations at WGI, a national design and professional services firm known for its innovative approach and client-centric philosophy. In this new capacity, Ashlee will lead the company’s human resources strategy, employee engagement initiatives, and talent operations, helping WGI continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent across its expanding footprint.
Ashlee most recently served as Human Resources Manager at WGI, where she contributed significantly to building a strong HR foundation and driving people-first initiatives across the organization. Her leadership and deep understanding of talent management earned her the promotion to her current role as Director.

Prior to joining WGI, Ashlee spent over seven years with HAECO Americas, a leading provider of aircraft maintenance and engineering services. Her journey there began as an HR Assistant, and over the years, she rose through the ranks to become HR Generalist, then HR Supervisor, and eventually HR Manager. Her progressive growth reflects her ability to lead and support HR operations in highly regulated and complex environments.
Earlier in her career, Ashlee held roles as a Medical Office Assistant at North Florida Pediatrics, where she developed her skills in client service and administrative operations, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Providence Hospitals, contributing to employee services and staffing operations.
