London, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 — Ashleigh Crosson has taken on a new role as Senior Director People & Operations – Global People Organisation at Alvarez & Marsal, where she will lead day-to-day operational management for the global people function. In this elevated role, she provides strategic and tactical support to the executive leadership team while fostering collaboration and operational excellence across the worldwide HR organisation.
In her most recent role as Senior Director – Partnership Office (EMEA) at Alvarez & Marsal, Ashleigh played a central role in establishing the firm’s first dedicated Partnership Office in the region. For nearly two years, she helped build governance, coordination frameworks, and partner-focused processes that strengthened alignment across the EMEA network, contributing significantly to operational cohesion and strategic execution.
Before taking on partnership office leadership, Ashleigh served as Director People & Operations – Global People Organisation, where she helped manage global HR operations for a year. During this time, she collaborated closely with HR leaders to streamline processes, enhance organisational efficiency, and support a unified people experience across multiple geographies.
Earlier in her career at Alvarez & Marsal, Ashleigh progressed through several talent acquisition leadership roles, including Director – Talent Acquisition (EMEA), Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Across these roles, she strengthened A&M’s hiring engine, built recruitment capability across Europe, and supported large-scale growth with a strong focus on talent quality, operational discipline, and stakeholder partnership.
Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, Ashleigh gained foundational experience across executive support, research, and youth trend analysis through roles at Egon Zehnder, FirstRand Bank Limited, Instant Grass International, and Haiden Consulting International. These positions helped her develop deep organizational insight, strong project coordination skills, and an understanding of commercial and people-centric environments that now shape her global HR leadership.
