Farmington, Connecticut, United States, June 2025 – Ashley McQueeney has taken on a new role as Vice President, Human Resources – Engineering at Raytheon, a business of RTX. With nearly two decades of progressive HR leadership across aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and specialty chemicals, Ashley brings deep experience in talent strategy, HR business partnering, and organizational transformation. In her new role, she will lead human capital strategy for Raytheon’s engineering division, helping shape the workforce powering next-generation defense technologies.
Prior to her new appointment, Ashley served for nearly five years at RTX, where she most recently held the role of Senior Director, Human Resources. In this position, she led HR for Operations & Supply Chain, Strategy, and Business Development, aligning HR programs with long-term business goals and performance imperatives.
Before RTX, she held leadership positions at United Technologies for over three years, where she supported the Global Finance Organization as Director and Associate Director, Human Resources. She worked closely with the CFO and strategic operations teams to drive talent outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.
Earlier in her career, Ashley spent time at Alexion Pharmaceuticals as Senior HR Manager, supporting Global Operations functions including Clinical Supply, Quality, and Product Development. She also served as HR Client Manager at Pratt & Whitney, where she spent over four years supporting Engineering, Quality, EH&S, and operations leadership across several business units.
Ashley began her HR career at Chemtura Corporation (now part of LANXESS), where she worked for more than five years in various HR roles supporting global IT, supply chain, and customer service functions.
