In this leadership role, he shapes enterprise-grade AI capabilities, accelerates generative AI adoption, and builds scalable data frameworks that enable clients worldwide to unlock new business value. Before joining Netsmartz, Atif served as Director at Wadhwani AI, where he contributed to large-scale AI programs for social impact, operational strategy, and generative AI readiness. Prior to that, he delivered significant transformation outcomes at Deloitte, where he grew to become Associate Director – Engineering, AI & Data, leading enterprise AI modernisation, advanced analytics initiatives, and cross-functional consulting programs for global clients.
Earlier in his consulting journey, Atif held roles at EY, Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST), and Khaitan Public School, where he guided digital strategy, technology consulting, education-tech implementation, and multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives. His work consistently integrated innovation with on-ground execution, strengthening his ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
In the formative years of his career, Atif founded and served as CTO of AT-Lead Tinker, gaining hands-on experience in building scalable technologies, leading engineering teams, and delivering AI-aligned solutions for diverse markets.
