With a robust background in human resources and organizational transformation, Godara will lead ACME Group’s efforts to strengthen its organizational culture and drive business transformation.
Atma Godara most recently served as HRBP and Head HR, Production at Netflix, where over four years and three months, she led HR initiatives that played a crucial role in the entertainment giant’s APAC operations. She focused on diversity, inclusion, and compensation, driving HR transformation across multiple regions, including India, Japan, and South Korea.
Prior to Netflix, Godara was Head of HR Transformation at OYO for one year and six months, where she designed and executed a global HR technology roadmap, managing change effectively across multiple continents. Her leadership in reengineering processes and collaborating with diverse stakeholders was pivotal in OYO’s global HRMS roll-out.
Godara also held the role of HR Business Partner & Head of Total Rewards at GreyOrange for two years, where she was instrumental in defining organizational structures and implementing people strategies. She led significant initiatives in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and HR technology, including the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors globally.
Earlier in her career, Godara worked at Reliance Industries Limited as Manager – HR Business Partner for two years and four months. She was part of the prestigious Reliance Emerging Leaders Program and played a significant role in talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
