Aya brings over 15 years of extensive experience as an organizational consultant and executive coach. As the Founder and CEO of Aya Lahmi Consultants, she has successfully supported senior management and HR teams through strategic growth, change processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Her firm has been instrumental in driving leadership development and HR transformation for various organizations.
Aya also co-founded UP n’ UP – Creative HR On Demand, a boutique service provider offering innovative HR solutions tailored for startups. Her expertise in developing bespoke HR strategies has made her a trusted advisor in the industry.
Prior to this, Aya has consistently delivered impactful leadership consulting and coaching services, specializing in executive management and organizational strategy.
