Before joining Ramee Group, Ali served as the Group HR and Training Head at Aaverina Hospitality, showcasing his ability to drive employee engagement and implement innovative HR strategies. His career has spanned several reputable brands in the hospitality sector, including Fariyas Hotels, Clarks Avadh, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Royal Tulip Hotels and Resorts, and InterContinental Hotel Group, where he held a significant position as Director-HR for more than four years.
Ali’s approach to HR management is centered around aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting management, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive work environment. As an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Ali possesses a postgraduate executive MBA in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from IMT CDL, Ghaziabad, further solidifying his qualifications for this pivotal role.
