Waregem, Flemish Region, Belgium, January 2026 — Bart Noppe has taken on the additional responsibility of Chief Sustainability Officer at Crop’s, effective January 1, 2026, alongside his ongoing role as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this expanded mandate, he will lead the company’s sustainability agenda while continuing to oversee its people and HR strategy, further strengthening the integration of sustainability, culture, and organisational leadership at Crop’s.
Bart Noppe has been associated with Crop’s since September 2021 as Chief Human Resources Officer, where he has been responsible for shaping HR strategy, talent development, and organisational effectiveness in line with the company’s purpose, Do. Food. Good. His elevation to the sustainability role reflects Crop’s focus on embedding responsible and sustainable practices at the leadership level.
Prior to joining Crop’s, he served as HR Manager at Top Motors, where he led HR operations and people management initiatives supporting business performance and workforce development.
Earlier, he was part of Alpro, holding responsibilities across HR Operations and Supply Chain, including senior HR leadership roles in Wevelgem and across operations. His work there covered multiple geographies, with HR responsibility for operations and supply chain teams in Belgium, France, and the UK.
A significant portion of his career was spent with CNH Industrial Belgium, where he held several senior HR leadership positions over more than a decade. These included roles as HR Country Manager for Benelux and the Nordics, as well as country-level HR leadership roles with responsibility for manufacturing and commercial operations across Belgium and the wider region.
He began his professional journey in HR with Vivium as an HR Analyst, building a strong foundation in human resources that has since evolved into broad international leadership across HR and sustainability-linked functions.
