Beirut, Lebanon, January 2026 – Randa Bassil Aoun has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at ELIE SAAB, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished HR career. In this leadership position, she will oversee the maison’s people strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and HR operations, supporting the global growth of one of the world’s most iconic luxury fashion houses.
Randa Bassil Aoun has been part of ELIE SAAB for over five years, progressing through key HR roles. She most recently served as HR Manager, where she strengthened HR governance, employee engagement, and policy frameworks across the organization. Prior to that, as HR Business Partner, she played an instrumental role in aligning people practices with business objectives, reinforcing labor law compliance, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across Lebanon operations.
Before joining ELIE SAAB, she was Compensation & Benefits Manager at ABC sal, where she led reward strategy, benefits optimization, and HR policy development. Her tenure helped modernize compensation structures and reinforced best practices in employee value proposition within the retail sector.
Earlier, Randa Bassil Aoun spent over seven years with British American Tobacco, holding regional roles including Global Mobility Executive and Reward Executive – MENA. She managed international assignments across Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and North Africa, overseeing expatriate compensation, governance, and mobility operations. She also contributed to policy design, benefits benchmarking, and senior stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.
Her formative HR years were with Algorithm s.a.l and Collège de La Sagesse – Achrafieh, where she built strong foundations in personnel administration, payroll governance, recruitment coordination, and organizational structuring—experiences that shaped her comprehensive HR expertise.
