With an impressive track record of driving leadership excellence, learning innovation, and people transformation across global technology firms, Becky brings deep expertise in aligning human capital strategy with business impact.
At F5, she will focus on accelerating talent growth, enhancing employee experience, and developing future-ready leadership programs that support the company’s mission to deliver secure and seamless digital experiences across the world’s most advanced organizations.
Before joining F5, Becky Karsh spent four years at Snap Inc., where she served as Senior Director, Talent Development. At Snap, she led the company’s global learning, leadership, and talent initiatives, strengthening organizational effectiveness during a phase of high growth and digital evolution.
She is also a Founding Member of TroopHR, a national HR leadership network that empowers People professionals to drive change and maximize their strategic impact. At TroopHR, Becky actively contributed to shaping thought leadership discussions and developing communities of practice among senior HR leaders.
Prior to her time at Snap, Becky was Director of People and Organizational Development at Finix, a leading fintech company, where she built programs to scale people capabilities and organizational design during its expansion phase.
Earlier, she spent over five years at Uber, where she served as Global Head of People Development, designing and implementing global learning and leadership strategies that supported the company’s scale-up from a fast-growing startup to a global enterprise.
Previously, she was Vice President, Global Career Innovation at Fullbridge, where she designed digital learning programs for global audiences, and before that, she founded Beyond Business and ArtRoots America, initiatives focused on education and creative learning. Her early career included consulting roles with Karsh Consulting LLC and teaching at Maimonides Elementary School.
