Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, February 2025 – Ding has announced the appointment of Becky Ryan as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, she will lead Ding’s global people and culture strategy, supporting the company’s continued growth and enhancing the employee experience across international markets.
Becky Ryan has been an integral part of Ding’s leadership team, previously serving as Director of People, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR framework and implementing strategic initiatives to support its rapid expansion. Prior to Ding, she served as Chief People Officer at Delivery Associates, where she was responsible for scaling the global people function and leading talent strategy for a workforce spanning over 30 countries.
Before that, Becky held multiple HR leadership positions in international organizations, including Fieldfisher, KPMG, and Addleshaw Goddard. At Fieldfisher, she served as Head of HR, where she oversaw business partnering, employee relations, talent management, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) strategies. She also worked as an HR Consultant, providing advisory services across multiple industries in the UK and Italy, and played a key role at The Co-operative Bank plc as an HR Policy Manager.
With an extensive background in HR transformation, organizational development, and talent management, Becky is well-positioned to drive Ding’s people-first approach, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive workplace across its operations in Ireland, the UK, the USA, UAE, Bangladesh, Romania, Spain, and France.
