Before joining Ivy Rehab Network, Becky Thompson held the role of National Director of Talent Acquisition at Select Medical for 6 years 6 months, where she led a regional recruitment team and drove talent acquisition strategies across the Outpatient Division. Becky was instrumental in implementing recruitment campaigns, optimizing job postings, and driving the “Employer of Choice” culture through positive candidate experiences.
Prior to her tenure at Select Medical, Becky worked as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Johns Hopkins University – Development & Alumni Relations for nearly 2 years. She managed the recruiting team, handling full life cycle recruitment for various functional areas and ensuring alignment with the university’s goals while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Earlier in her career, Becky spent 6 years 2 months at Aerotek, where she advanced through roles such as Senior Account Recruiting Manager and Recruiter Lead. Her focus was on building relationships with clients and managing technical recruitment in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and defense sectors.
Becky’s career began at Wells Fargo Financial, where she served as a Credit Manager for 9 months, fostering positive business relationships and providing financial solutions to clients.
