Dallas, Texas, United States, September 2024 – Brigid B. has been promoted to the position of Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Hilltop Holdings, where she will oversee talent acquisition strategies and development initiatives for the company’s corporate team and subsidiaries.
Brigid’s most recent role was as Vice President – Manager, Recruiting & Onboarding at Hilltop Holdings, where she successfully managed a team of corporate recruiters and onboarding professionals who supported over 500 hiring managers across the company’s various subsidiaries. Her leadership focused on improving recruitment processes and onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Prior to that, Brigid served as Human Resources Business Partner at Hilltop Holdings for four years, where she was the main HR point of contact for over 450 employees. In this role, she led initiatives in performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations, providing crucial HR support to corporate departments.
Before joining Hilltop, Brigid worked at Idea Grove as Human Resources Manager, where she was instrumental in developing recruitment strategies, employee development programs, and succession planning. She also doubled the employee count during her tenure by proactively implementing hiring forecasts and recruitment campaigns.
Earlier in her career, Brigid held the position of Human Resources and Business Operations Manager at HairBoutique.com, where she managed employee onboarding, training, and payroll while collaborating with senior leadership to develop business strategies that enhanced company operations.
