New York, United States – October 2024 – Beijia Wang has begun her role as Director, People Operations & Insights at Grubhub, a leading food-ordering and delivery platform in the U.S. Beijia will spearhead end-to-end HR processes, drive data-driven decision-making, enhance compliance, and foster cross-functional partnerships.
Before joining Grubhub, Beijia Wang served as Director, Head of HRIS at Sotheby’s for over four years. In this role, she led the global HR technology strategy, oversaw HR lifecycle management across 40 countries, and implemented a comprehensive suite of SaaS solutions to streamline HR processes and employee experiences.
Prior to Sotheby’s, Beijia worked at Laureate International Universities for more than seven years, holding various roles such as Director Global HRIS and Manager HRIS & Business Intelligence. She was responsible for managing global HR systems, leading HR transformations, ensuring SOX compliance, and facilitating M&A integrations.
Beijia’s earlier career includes her tenure at Boston University as a Research Assistant, where she contributed to database research, data analysis, and survey design. She also worked as an HRIS Analyst at Laureate, supporting talent management systems and delivering training across global HR teams.
