Bringing with her nearly two decades of dedicated experience in people leadership and organizational development, Beth will oversee the company’s people strategy, talent management, and cultural transformation initiatives, helping Innovate Healthcare attract, retain, and develop top talent across the UK.
Prior to joining Innovate Healthcare, Beth served as People and OD Director at Wharfe Rural Planning Ltd for over seven years. In this pivotal role, she led strategic visioning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives, shaping the company’s long-term growth trajectory and reinforcing a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Earlier, Beth was Head of Learning and Development at St George Healthcare Group, where she played a critical role in elevating learning strategy and professional development, ensuring the workforce was empowered to meet evolving business and patient needs.
Beth also spent almost five years as Organisational Development Support Manager with Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, driving large-scale organizational change, workforce engagement, and capability-building projects across the public sector.
She began her career as a Learning and Development Consultant at TDG, designing and delivering impactful learning and talent solutions that supported the growth of a diverse employee base.
