Atlanta, Georgia, United States, September 2025 – ICAT Logistics has announced the appointment of Beth Ward as Vice President, Human Resources. In this leadership role, Ward will drive people strategies that strengthen ICAT’s culture, talent development, and organizational growth while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to deliver unmatched customer experiences.
Ward most recently served as Chief People Success Officer at CMSPI for over three years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the global payments advisory firm’s HR strategy. She was instrumental in creating a people-first culture that supported the company’s rapid global expansion across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.
Before CMSPI, she was Senior Director of HR at Alvaria, Inc., where she helped lead business and HR transformation following the merger of two pioneering customer experience technology firms. Her efforts ensured smooth integration and supported long-term workforce engagement.
Earlier, Ward served as Director of Human Resources at Cooper Carry, a 60-year-old architecture and design firm, where she partnered with leaders to drive change management, enhance efficiency, and strengthen talent management initiatives. She also worked as People Business Partner at Sage, consulting with North American and global sales and marketing leaders on performance-focused HR strategies.
Previously, Ward led global HR operations as Senior Director, People Operations at OutSystems, where she expanded the HR team during a period of rapid scale-up, supporting growth from 200 to 750 employees across nine countries. Earlier roles include leadership positions at First Data Corporation, BlackBerry, and Crump Insurance, where she managed large-scale HR functions, integrations, and organizational development initiatives. She began her career with HR roles at DNA Productions and Capital One, building a strong foundation in people operations and talent strategy.
