Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Idealake Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Swati Iyer Rathod as Vice President HR. In her new role, she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on organizational development, HR transformation, and talent engagement to support Idealake’s digital innovation journey.
Rathod most recently served as Head of HR at Shubham Tanks And Liners Pvt. Ltd., where she implemented HRMS systems, redesigned HR policies, and oversaw employee life cycle management and welfare initiatives. Her efforts were pivotal in shaping HR operations and compliance frameworks.
Prior to that, she was Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Quess Corp Limited, where she managed frontline and bulk hiring across BFSI, retail, real estate, automobile, health insurance, and manufacturing sectors. Leading a team of 25, she successfully delivered on large-scale recruitment targets of nearly 2,000 hires per month across multiple locations.
She also held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Accurate Background, where she shaped global talent management, performance systems, and inclusion strategies in collaboration with leadership teams across the US and India.
Earlier in her career, Rathod worked as HR Manager and Head of HR Pan India at DATAMARK, Inc., where she implemented multiple HRMS platforms, drove diversity and inclusion programs, enhanced employee engagement initiatives, and introduced innovative talent strategies that supported business growth. Her prior HR leadership journey also includes roles at TimesPro (Times Group), Tata Consultancy Services, Pan India Network (Essel Group), Gala Search Services, Advance Computer Services, and GSS HR Solutions. Across these organizations, she built strong expertise in leadership hiring, talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR transformation.
