Bhanupriya Tilak has been announced as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO) of PerfectionGeeks Technologies, a pioneering IT, mobile app, and blockchain development company. Starting March 2024, Tilak brings her extensive experience in operations and human resources management to the forefront of one of the most innovative firms in the tech industry, located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Prior to her elevation to COO, Tilak served PerfectionGeeks Technologies for nearly five years in various capacities, most recently as HR Manager. In her new role, she is charged with developing and implementing strategies aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and optimizing resources to boost efficiency and profitability. Her responsibilities will also include leading department heads and operational teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and aligning strategic plans with the company’s long-term vision alongside the CEO and senior executives.
Tilak’s appointment as COO is a testament to her exceptional leadership abilities and her successful tenure as HR Manager, where she implemented HR strategies aligned with business goals, managed recruitment processes, and strengthened management-employee relations.
