New Delhi, India, September 2025 — Havells India Ltd has announced the appointment of Bharat Sethi as Joint Vice President for the Water Heater and Air Cooler divisions. In his new role, Bharat will be responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation across these key product segments.
Bharat brings with him over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership across some of the most prominent consumer and appliance brands. Most recently, he served as Business Head for India and SAARC Nations at Hettich India Pvt. Ltd., where he led P&L management, business expansion, and customer engagement strategies.
Before that, Bharat worked with BSH Home Appliances Group as National Sales Manager – Built-in Appliances, playing a pivotal role in scaling the built-in appliances business in India. Earlier, at LG Electronics, he contributed as Regional Sales Manager, driving channel growth and strengthening the company’s market presence. His career also includes impactful tenures at Philips Consumer Electronics, Mirc Electronics (Onida), Asian Paints, and Kajaria Ceramics Limited, where he built a strong foundation in business development, strategic sales management, and project sales.
At Havells India Ltd, Bharat will focus on building innovative go-to-market strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture within the Water Heater and Air Cooler divisions. Known for his solution-oriented leadership style, he is set to play a critical role in shaping Havells’ appliance portfolio and supporting the company’s vision of delivering superior products and unmatched customer experiences.
