Prior to joining GAC Solutions, Bhavjeet served as AVP, Talent Analytics and Corporate Hiring at Genpact, where she was instrumental in enhancing hiring strategies through data-driven insights and innovative analytics solutions, contributing significantly to organizational growth over her three-year tenure.
Earlier in her career, Bhavjeet held the role of Associate Director, Market Mapping at EY, leading strategic talent mapping initiatives and driving operational excellence for five years. Additionally, she was a Team Leader at Heidrick & Struggles, specializing in business research for the Financial Officers and Supply Chain Management practices, demonstrating her expertise in aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
