Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Bhavna Mulchandani has joined Bajaj Allianz General Insurance as the new Vertical Head for Talent Management, Engagement, and Performance. In this role, Bhavna will lead initiatives to foster talent, enhance engagement, and drive performance within the organization.
Before joining Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Bhavna served at Bekaert for over six years. She was the Global Talent Development Manager from January 2024 to March 2024, leading talent development programs and serving as the Academy Dean for Bekaert University. She also held the position of Global Head of DE&I and Talent Management from April 2022 to December 2023, where she played a key role in succession planning, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to her global roles, Bhavna was the HRBP & Lead – Learning & Talent Development and HRBP at Bekaert from March 2020 to March 2022 in Pune, Maharashtra, India. In this role, she focused on succession planning, employee benefits, culture change, and strategic thinking.
From February 2018 to February 2020, Bhavna served as a Human Resources Business Partner | Organizational Development in Bradford, England, where she managed a team of 11 members, contributing significantly to organizational development and talent management.
Earlier in her career, Bhavna worked as an Assistant Manager – HR | HRBP & BeCare Change Agent at Bekaert from June 2017 to January 2018 in Pune, where she handled various HR functions, including compensation and benefits, HR policy management, and employee engagement initiatives.
