Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2024 – Anurag Tiwari has joined Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs as the new Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Anurag will lead the Talent Acquisition team, driving innovative strategies to attract top talent and support the company’s growth.

Before joining Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs, Anurag served as the Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Ninjacart from January 2023 to May 2024. In this role, he managed tech, product, design, and data science hiring, achieving a 90-day turnaround time. Anurag led a team of recruiters, significantly reducing offer declines from 60% to 13%, and implemented several Talent Acquisition processes, including the Buddy Program and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

Prior to Ninjacart, Anurag was the Manager of Talent Acquisition (Leading Technology Hiring) at InMobi from January 2021 to January 2023. He led global hiring efforts for data science and engineering teams and managed a team of six recruiters. Anurag collaborated closely with directors and VPs, focusing on recruiting top candidates and achieving a high joining ratio.

From May 2019 to July 2020, Anurag worked at PayU as the Manager of Talent Acquisition (Engineering Hiring). He led a team of four recruiters, managed technical recruitment, and implemented strategies to attract top talent. His efforts resulted in a high joining ratio and successful recruitment campaigns.

Anurag also has extensive experience at Publicis Sapient, where he served as a Lead Recruiter (Engineering Hiring) from April 2013 to February 2019. He recruited top tech talent globally and managed a team, achieving significant recruitment milestones. Anurag also worked as a Technology Sourcer (North America) at Publicis Sapient from August 2011 to September 2012, gathering requirements and sourcing candidates from various channels.

Earlier in his career, Anurag was a Technical Recruiter at Saviance Technologies from September 2012 to February 2013, where he managed the entire life cycle of staffing and utilized social media tools for passive recruitment.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
