Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2025 – Bhupinder Nayar has taken on a new role as Vice President HR & Operations at Softpro India Computer Technologies (P) Ltd. In this pivotal leadership position, he will be responsible for overseeing and aligning HR strategy with business operations, optimizing people processes, and driving overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Most recently, Bhupinder served as Manager – Campus Talent Acquisition at Genpact, where he led end-to-end campus recruitment and drove initiatives to build early-career talent pipelines aligned with the organization’s strategic needs. His role emphasized stakeholder engagement, leadership collaboration, and innovative recruitment practices.
Before that, he was Senior Manager at RKGIT, where he led skill development and training programs aimed at bridging the industry-academia gap. Earlier, as Head of Operations at EL Info Designs Pvt Ltd, Bhupinder played a dual role, managing policy formulation, operational performance, budgeting, and client relations.
He also served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, and has a strong foundation from his long stint as Talent Acquisition Lead at Genpact, where he contributed for nearly 12 years in diverse HR and recruitment leadership capacities.
