Hyderabad, India, March 2026 — Bhuvana Jayaraman has joined Solventum as IT Governance Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in portfolio leadership and project management within the life sciences sector.
In her new role at Solventum, Bhuvana will focus on strengthening IT governance frameworks, driving structured portfolio oversight, and ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business strategy within the healthcare ecosystem.
Prior to joining Solventum, she served at Aragen Life Sciences as Portfolio Lead for IDD PMT, where she led project governance and portfolio management initiatives. Before that, she was associated with Syngene International Limited as Portfolio Lead for Discovery Chemistry PMT, contributing to strategic project execution in research and development environments.
Earlier in her career, Bhuvana held multiple project management leadership roles at Jubilant Biosys Limited, progressing from Team Member to Team Lead across Bengaluru and Noida. She also worked with Advinus Therapeutics – A TATA Enterprise, Syngene International Limited (as Project Coordinator), and Piramal Enterprises Limited in program management, building a strong foundation in cross-functional coordination, life sciences delivery, and operational governance.
Bhuvana further strengthened her leadership capabilities through the Accelerated General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, with a focus on Business Strategy and Corporate Finance. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from St. Peter’s Engineering College.
With extensive experience spanning portfolio governance, discovery chemistry programs, and life sciences project leadership, Bhuvana Jayaraman’s move to Solventum marks an important addition to the company’s evolving healthcare technology leadership team.
