Samantha Rosenberg’s journey with ADLM began nearly five years ago, marking a period of profound growth and transformation for both herself and the organization. Starting her career as the Director of Human Resources in June 2019, Rosenberg quickly made her mark by leading significant initiatives in strategic HR operations, employee engagement, organizational development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Her expertise in strategic planning, nonprofit organizations, compensation planning, and organizational development has been pivotal in her success.

Before joining ADLM, Rosenberg amassed a wealth of experience across various organizations, contributing over 7 years in executive recruitment and consulting, followed by significant roles in HR management and strategic leadership within nonprofit sectors, including a noteworthy tenure at the IESC – International Executive Service Corps, where she led HR for global development projects. Her career spans over 25 years, during which she has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead with vision and integrity.
