Bill’s association with CIBT began six years ago, where he served as CISO/Global Vice President. In this role, he led cybersecurity initiatives, global IT operations, and risk management efforts, positioning CIBT as a secure and innovative leader in its industry.

In addition to his tenure at CIBT, Bill has been an active Board Member at Northwest Financial Advisors LLC for nearly four years and at Northwest Federal Credit Union for almost seven years, contributing to their strategic growth and governance.
Prior to CIBT, Bill served as the CIO at Emigra Worldwide for over three years, where he spearheaded global IT strategy and managed complex technological implementations to streamline operations. He also worked as Vice President at EMC/VirtuStream, where he played a pivotal role in engineering and cloud services.
Bill’s earlier career includes notable leadership roles such as COO at ITS Consulting Group, CIO at Edelman Financial Services, and CIO at Ferris, Baker Watts, demonstrating his vast experience across IT, strategy, and operations. These roles have collectively shaped his expertise in driving organizational success through technology.
