With more than a decade of progressive human resources experience, Bina brings a strong background in talent management, leadership development, organizational culture, change management, and workforce transformation. In her new role, she will help drive Apotex’s people agenda, supporting business growth, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the company.
Prior to joining Apotex, Bina served at Mondelēz International, where she held the role of Human Resources Manager, Talent & Leadership Development. In this position, she focused on strengthening leadership pipelines, talent strategies, and capability-building initiatives designed to support organizational growth and future leadership needs.
Earlier at Mondelēz International, she served as Human Resources Manager, Change & Culture, where she played an important role in advancing culture transformation initiatives, organizational change programs, and employee engagement efforts. Her work contributed to strengthening workplace culture while helping teams navigate evolving business priorities.
Before joining Mondelēz, Bina built nearly nine years of HR experience with Magna International. During her tenure, she progressed through a series of increasingly responsible roles, including Group Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Administrative Assistant, and Human Resources Intern.
At Magna International, she developed extensive expertise across employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership coaching, organizational development, and HR operations. Her progression from HR intern to senior leadership roles reflects a career built on continuous learning, strong people leadership, and a commitment to creating positive workplace experiences.
