Founder and current CEO Travis Sessions will transition to the role of Chairman of the Board, ensuring leadership continuity and ongoing alignment with the company’s strategic vision.

Bringing over two decades of leadership experience in medical device manufacturing and operational strategy, Arun Mohan most recently served as President of Biomerics’ Micro Metals Division, where he led a high-performing team recognized for exceptional customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and scalable growth. His leadership philosophy emphasizes customer centricity, employee empowerment, and innovation-driven execution.

Sessions, who founded Biomerics in 1994, will remain actively engaged as Chairman, advising on strategic initiatives and future mergers and acquisitions. Under his leadership, Biomerics has grown from a single-site startup into a global medical technology partner with over 3,000 employees across 12 locations in the United States, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica, serving 20 of the top 30 medical device OEMs worldwide.
