Kolkata, West Bengal, India, August 2024 – Bishakha Patra has started a new role as the Head of Human Resources at Spectrum Filtration Pvt. Ltd. In her new position, Bishakha will be responsible for leading HR strategies, driving talent acquisition and retention, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture. She will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with the company’s overall business strategy, ensuring that the organization attracts and develops top talent to support its growth and innovation goals.
Prior to joining Spectrum Filtration Pvt. Ltd., Bishakha served as the General Manager – Group HR, Talent Acquisition Lead at Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited for 6 months. In this role, she was instrumental in driving HR projects, managing talent acquisition, and leading organizational development initiatives in Mumbai.
Before her tenure at Columbia Petro Chem, Bishakha was the General Manager of Human Resources at Pittie Group for nearly a year. She was responsible for overseeing all HR functions at the corporate level, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
Earlier in her career, Bishakha held roles such as Business Associate at Tata AIA Life Insurance and Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at Lectrix, where she gained significant experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and strategic HR leadership.
