Before joining Blinq, Bodene Jean served as Head of People & Culture at Shippit in Sydney, where she spent over three years leading the people operations. In this role, she played a crucial part in developing compensation structures, benchmarking, and strengthening employee relations.
Prior to her tenure at Shippit, Bodene worked at BCG Digital Ventures for nearly five years, where she advanced from People & Talent Specialist to People Business Partner. Her responsibilities included overseeing compensation structures, employee relations, and team development, contributing to the growth of the company’s talent strategy.
Bodene’s early career included various roles at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Sydney and Melbourne. During her eight years at BCG, she gained significant experience in learning and development, workforce and capacity planning, and talent acquisition. Her diverse roles at BCG laid the foundation for her expertise in people management and organizational growth.
