At Stanford, he delivered comprehensive HR consulting and developed data-driven strategies to support faculty, staff, and students.
Earlier in his career, Bradley honed his expertise at Michigan State University, where he managed HR operations, legal compliance, and financial strategies as the Human Resources & Finance Manager for Student Services. His responsibilities also included overseeing facilities and student services in operations leadership roles.
