Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2024 – Bramh Prakash has joined Prateek Group as the new Head of Human Resources. With a strong background in HR management and a wealth of experience, Bramh brings valuable expertise to the team, aiming to enhance HR practices and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Bramh’s most recent role was at SAYA Realty, where he served as GM – HR & Admin for a year. In this position, he managed HR and administrative functions, driving strategies to improve organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
Before SAYA Realty, Bramh was the Head of Human Resources at WELLGROW INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. During his two-year tenure, he led HR initiatives that focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational growth.
At CRC Group, Bramh held the role of Head HR for just over a year. He was responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.
Bramh spent over eight years at ATS Infrastructure Ltd, progressing from Sr Manager HR to Assistant General Manager Human Resources. In these roles, he played a key part in managing HR operations, employee relations, and talent management, contributing significantly to the company’s growth.
Earlier in his career, Bramh served as an HR Generalist in the Indian Army for over 15 years. His extensive experience in the military provided him with a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, and personnel management.
