New York, United States, January 2025 – Kelly McGann Restagno has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Liberty Maritime, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategies, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development across the organization.
Before joining Liberty Maritime, Kelly McGann Restagno founded and led KMR Consulting Group, where she specialized in strategic HR consulting, aligning human capital with business goals, and optimizing talent strategies for organizational success.
She previously served as Head of Global Talent Management & People Development at EssilorLuxottica for nearly 5 years, where she led global initiatives including performance management frameworks, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior Manager, Learning & Development at Van Cleef & Arpels for approximately 7 years, where she established the company’s learning and development function and launched executive successor development programs, contributing to significant sales growth.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Elie Tahari, Tory Burch, Juicy Couture, and Ann Taylor, where she played key roles in people development, talent management, and organizational leadership.
