Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States, September 2025 – Owen Equipment Company has announced the appointment of Breann Burke as its new Vice President Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead HR strategy, talent development, and people operations to strengthen organizational growth and employee engagement across Owen’s multi-state operations.
Prior to joining Owen Equipment Company, Breann served as Head of People and Culture at DECKED, where she drove people-centric strategies to support a high-growth business and enhanced the company’s talent engagement framework.
Before that, she dedicated nearly seven years to Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P., where she advanced through multiple roles including Senior International HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and ultimately Director of Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in scaling HR operations and driving strategic workforce initiatives in the energy sector.
Earlier, she worked as Human Resources Director at Nederman, where she led HR operations in the Charlotte metro area, further strengthening her expertise in industrial and manufacturing environments.
Breann also spent more than seven years with DynCorp International, holding key HR roles including HR Supervisor, HR Manager, and Senior HR Generalist across multiple U.S. locations. These formative years allowed her to build deep expertise in employee relations, talent development, and HR operations in complex, large-scale organizations.
