Greenville, South Carolina, United States, February 2026 – Brent Reichert has started a new position as Head of Human Resources, US at Bertrandt Group, taking on national HR leadership responsibilities for the organization’s U.S. operations.
Brent joined Bertrandt Group in 2025 and most recently served as Human Resources Project Manager and Supervisor, following his role as Human Resources Administration Manager – US. In these positions, he contributed to strengthening HR strategy, operations, and organizational alignment across U.S. teams before stepping into this expanded leadership role.
Prior to Bertrandt Group, Brent served as Human Resources Manager at Luxor Scientific, where he led full-spectrum HR strategy including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits design, compliance, HR analytics, and employee engagement initiatives. His leadership emphasized aligning HR strategy with business goals and fostering a positive, compliant, and performance-driven culture.
Earlier in his career, Brent held senior HR leadership roles at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective, Prym Consumer USA, Terex Corporation, and Riddell, managing HR operations for large, multi-state and multi-location teams. He also gained early HR leadership experience at Boehringer Ingelheim and Parker Hannifin, building deep expertise in manufacturing, operations, compliance, and organizational development.
In his new role, Brent will oversee HR strategy and operations for Bertrandt Group’s U.S. business, supporting workforce growth, compliance, talent management, and organizational effectiveness aligned with the company’s focus on digitalization, e-mobility, and advanced engineering solutions.
