Houston, Texas, United States, August 2025 – Brian Poole has joined PartsBase Inc. as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where he will lead global recruitment efforts across the company’s fully remote, SaaS-driven operations. In this strategic leadership role, Brian is responsible for scaling the company’s Enterprise SaaS Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to fuel growth in the aviation and tech sectors.
Prior to joining PartsBase, Brian served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Mobilelink, where he led corporate and field recruitment for over 600 retail stores and a workforce of 3,000 employees. He introduced SOPs, metrics-driven hiring practices, and ATS integrations—achieving a 25% reduction in time-to-fill and delivering significant cost savings. His work transformed Mobilelink’s employer brand and hiring processes into a high-performance function.
Previously, Brian held a leadership role at Korn Ferry as Executive Recruiting Manager, specializing in the recruitment of Enterprise SaaS Sales professionals for the KF Sell platform. He partnered with senior leaders to meet aggressive hiring goals across digital, tech, learning, and marquee accounts, consistently delivering top executive talent and exceeding performance targets.
Earlier in his career, Brian was Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Addison Group, leading executive-level hiring across professional services, L&D, and strategic accounts. He successfully placed numerous Managing Partners and recruiters across the U.S., while also developing intern-to-hire pipelines. Brian also brings over eight years of experience from AT&T, having risen through roles in sales and district management.
