New York, United States, July 2025 – Brianna Egorow has taken on a new role as Head of People at Grocery TV, the leading in-store retail media platform connecting brands with consumers across nearly 6,000 stores in the U.S. In this strategic position, Brianna will spearhead all facets of People Operations, talent strategy, organizational development, and workplace culture, aligning HR priorities with the company’s mission to modernize retail media and drive meaningful shopper engagement.
Prior to this, Brianna served at Kargo for over two years, where she most recently held the position of Senior Director, People Operations, following her previous role as Director, People Operations. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in scaling HR capabilities and optimizing the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Previously, Brianna worked at HelloFresh as Senior Manager, HR Technology & Operations, where she was responsible for elevating HR tech infrastructure and driving process excellence across people systems.
Brianna also spent nearly six years at The RealReal, progressing through multiple roles from Human Resources Specialist to Senior Manager, HR Operations. Her contributions included streamlining HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and leading people initiatives across a growing retail and logistics network.
