Coppell, Texas, United States, March 2026 – Britt Fowler has started a new role as HR Director, North America Commercial Excellence at Brink’s, Inc., bringing with her a strong track record of leading large-scale HR transformations, organizational design, and talent strategy across global organizations.
Britt Fowler joins Brink’s, Inc. after a significant tenure at PepsiCo, where she most recently served as Senior People Business Partner, TS&EP, supporting a global workforce of over 1,800 employees and driving initiatives across employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
During her time at PepsiCo, she also held the role of Human Resources Director, North Division Go-To-Market, where she spearheaded HR strategy for large-scale transformation initiatives, aligning talent, organizational design, and capability deployment with evolving business priorities. She played a critical role in driving productivity initiatives and supporting operating model evolution across North America.
Earlier, as Senior Human Resources Manager – Go-To-Market, she led HR program management for major transformation projects, including organizational redesign, network optimization, and capability building initiatives across multiple divisions. Her contributions included co-authoring HR toolkits and transformation playbooks that shaped strategic HR execution at scale.
Prior to PepsiCo, Britt held key HR leadership roles at General Mills, where she supported global supply chain and retail sales organizations, driving talent strategy, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational effectiveness across multi-country operations. Her early career also includes roles at Danone North America and VF Corporation, where she built strong foundations in HR analytics, policy design, and global HR transformation.
