New York, United States, September 2025 – Brittany Onesto has stepped into her new role as Vice President, People & Culture Business Partner at Macquarie Group, bringing with her a rich portfolio of HR leadership across multiple industries. In this strategic role, she will support Macquarie’s workforce and leadership in shaping a future-focused people agenda, driving engagement, and strengthening business-aligned HR practices.
Prior to joining Macquarie Group, Brittany Onesto served for nearly four years at Paramount, where she held key HR leadership roles including Senior Manager and Manager, Human Resources Business Partner for their streaming division. Her contributions spanned creative marketing, content strategy, audience acquisition, and data and insights teams across brands like Paramount+, Showtime, and PlutoTV. She led multiple high-impact HR initiatives such as promotions, talent reviews, performance cycles, and investigations into workplace concerns, while serving as a trusted advisor to executives across levels.
Before Paramount, she worked at New York Life Insurance Company for almost two years, where she supported a nationwide workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. In her role as Human Resources Business Partner, she led employee engagement focus groups, managed complex employee relations cases, and facilitated leadership development programs, all while ensuring data-driven decision-making through HR analytics and compensation frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Brittany held various HR roles over nearly three years at National Debt Relief, where she progressed from HR/Recruiting Intern to HR Generalist and Team Lead. She managed HR operations for departments of over 400 employees, led employee onboarding, exit processes, I-9 compliance, and facilitated training programs. Her early roles reflected a strong hands-on foundation in benefits, HRIS, and policy communication.
Brittany holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Pace University – Lubin School of Business, further reinforcing her academic grounding in organizational development and people strategy.
