Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – Bruno Shailen has been appointed as Global Head – Talent Acquisition Group at IGT Solutions, a leading AI-powered digital CX company. In this new role, Bruno will spearhead global hiring strategies and talent acquisition operations, supporting the company’s rapid growth across multiple geographies and its commitment to transformative customer experience delivery.
Bruno brings over two decades of HR and recruitment leadership experience to this new position. Prior to joining IGT Solutions, he served as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at Capgemini for nearly three years, where he led large-scale hiring initiatives in the Noida region, driving recruitment innovation and organizational growth.
Before Capgemini, Bruno spent over eight years at HCL BPO (HCLTech) in various leadership roles. As Global Talent Acquisition Leader, he led global hiring for HCL B-SERV, and earlier, as Talent Acquisition Leader – India, he managed end-to-end recruitment across the Indian geography. His impactful leadership in building high-performing talent teams made him a key figure in HCL’s global growth story.
Prior to HCL, Bruno worked with Genpact for nearly eight years, holding strategic roles such as Assistant Vice President – HR, where he managed HR functions across centers in Gurgaon and Hyderabad, and AVP – Talent Acquisition, where he led compliance and cost optimization in recruitment. He also held roles as Hiring Leader – NCR and Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, playing a vital role in strategic initiatives, vendor management, and building the campus and RPO framework.
He began his professional journey in the Sales & Client Servicing domain across multiple marketing and insurance organizations, where he gained rich experience in client engagement and service excellence—laying a strong foundation for his later success in HR leadership.
