Chicago, Illinois, United States, February 2026 – Bryan Krastins has started a new position as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at JLL, bringing with him extensive global recruiting leadership experience and a strong track record of scaling talent operations across industries.
In his new role at JLL, Bryan will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, strengthening hiring capabilities to support the firm’s growth, innovation, and evolving workforce needs. His appointment comes at a time when JLL continues to shape the future of real estate through technology, sustainability, and global expertise.
Bryan joins JLL after serving as Vice President, Client Services at Cielo Talent, where he directed global recruiting operations across the Consumer Brands and Business Services sector. Managing a $15M+ portfolio, he led multinational teams across continents and oversaw delivery of more than 10,000 hires annually. He championed the adoption of next-generation talent technologies, integrating Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation into recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making. Under his leadership, Interview-to-Hire ratios consistently remained under 3:1 with Time-to-Fill averages between 30–45 days.
Earlier, at Upwork, Bryan drove extraordinary growth as Senior Manager, Outsourced Solutions, scaling monthly Gross Service Volume by 783% within one year while leading a team of 50+ professionals delivering enterprise recruitment solutions. Prior to that, he served as Senior Staffing Manager at Amazon, where he directed high-volume hiring across 19 locations, delivering over 13,000 hires annually and successfully opening multiple new facilities during challenging market conditions.
His earlier leadership experience at Cielo Talent, CareerBuilder, and Addison Group reflects a strong foundation in revenue growth, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and scalable recruitment models.
Bryan’s move to JLL marks a significant addition to the company’s talent leadership as it continues to invest in high-impact hiring strategies aligned with global business transformation.
