Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, United States, October 2025 – Bryan Stanfield has been promoted to Vice President of People & Organizational Strategy at Agile Financial Systems (AFS). In this expanded role, he will lead organizational growth initiatives, align HR strategy with business objectives, and continue driving employee engagement while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Bryan has been with Agile Financial Systems for over seven years, steadily advancing through leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Director of Employee Engagement, where he focused on enhancing employee experience and culture across the organization. Prior to that, as Manager of Knowledge & Culture, he launched Agile’s culture initiatives, built the company’s knowledge base, and revamped onboarding and training programs as part of a major rebranding effort.
Earlier at AFS, Bryan held leadership positions including Director of Customer Success, where he oversaw onboarding and customer support for the Education Payment Division, and Director of Operations, where he managed customer support teams and integrated operational systems. He also served briefly as Director of Inside Sales, during which Rev19 was rebranded into Agile Financial Systems.
Beyond AFS, Bryan has a long-standing career in education and sports. He has served as an Assistant Coach at Texas Advantage Volleyball Club since 2022 and previously worked with Dallas Premier Volleyball Club, Duncanville ISD, Grand Prairie ISD, and Lovejoy ISD, combining his passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership development. His early career included roles as a Teacher and Social Studies Department Head at Arlington ISD, where he mentored students and managed academic programs.
