Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India – October 2024 – CA Vijay Narwani has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer at Casamia India, one of the region’s leading interior solutions providers. In this role, he will drive financial strategy, optimize capital management, enhance profitability, and lead corporate governance efforts to ensure sustainable growth and operational efficiency. His responsibilities also include building a high-performance finance team, managing stakeholder relations, and spearheading digital transformation in financial processes.
Prior to joining Casamia India, CA Vijay Narwani was a Partner at ARA & Company for over 17 years. During this time, he provided strategic financial consultancy to diverse sectors including energy, banking, real estate, and FMCG. He specialized in financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, compliance advisory, and process optimization, significantly boosting clients’ financial performance and regulatory adherence.
Before his tenure at ARA & Company, he served as Senior Consultant and Head of Finance at RMD Kwikform Al Maha Qatar for over four years. In this capacity, he led global financial management, restructured finance operations, developed efficient reporting protocols, and ensured GAAP and IFRS compliance, driving the company’s financial transformation and strategic growth in the construction sector.
Earlier in his career, Vijay held the position of Senior Consultant/Finance Manager at S’hail Shipping and Maritime Services, where he developed financial processes for startups, managed liquidity planning, and led resource mobilization efforts worth USD 20 million. His role was crucial in shaping the financial landscape of the organization, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving profitability.
He also served as Sr. Consultant/Finance Manager at Advanced Pipes and Casts WLL, where he oversaw financial control, business planning, and compliance initiatives. His efforts focused on financial reporting, budget management, and implementing robust accounting procedures, which were instrumental in streamlining operations and achieving business objectives.
