Anisa Nammar Promoted to Director, Global Marketing Communications at RxSight, Inc.

Aliso Viejo, California, United States, February 2026 — Anisa Nammar has moved into a new global marketing leadership role at RxSight, Inc., being promoted to Director, Global Marketing Communications, as the organization accelerates its international expansion with launches planned across Europe and Asia. In this role, she will lead global marketing communications strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and enable market expansion through integrated campaigns, digital platforms, and strong stakeholder partnerships across regions.

Anisa Nammar has spent over six years at RxSight, Inc., building a strong track record in marketing communications leadership through progressive roles including Manager, Marketing Communications, Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, and Associate Director, Marketing Communications, before stepping into her current position as Director, Global Marketing Communications.

In her Director role, she has directed the successful launch of the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) across multiple markets, helping expand adoption to over 1,100 practices across the U.S. and Canada in six years and contributing to 10% of the premium IOL channel. She also built and scaled RxSight’s digital and social presence, driving 10,000+ organic followers in the first year by developing CRM-driven engagement programs, content marketing strategies, and cross-channel campaigns for both physician and patient audiences.

Her work includes leading cross-functional campaign execution across websites, social channels, and congress platforms while partnering closely with Sales, Clinical, IT, and Compliance for timely and compliant product launches. She manages content operations and digital production of HCP and patient education assets including videos, animations, and digital ads, and has strengthened marketing technology and processes by aligning CRM, content management, and analytics tools—driving faster approvals and more efficient execution. She has also spearheaded high-profile medical tradeshows and events including AAO, ASCRS, and ESCRS, strengthening brand visibility and generating qualified leads.

Anisa has further built strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and partners to accelerate adoption and advocacy. She has also partnered with international teams to lay the groundwork for RxSight’s expansion into Europe and Asia, supporting early-stage launch planning and regional alignment. Additionally, she represents RxSight as point person for the Refractive Surgery Council (RSC), supporting unbranded patient education initiatives to strengthen informed decision-making around vision correction options.

Prior to joining RxSight, she served as Account Supervisor at Pacific Communications, where she supported the launch of the Allergan XEN brand, a multi-million-dollar account, and managed $1.8M annual revenue, ensuring delivery alignment, timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance across HCP and patient materials.

Before that, she spent nearly five years at Palio+Ignite as Account Supervisor, directing integrated campaigns for leading pharma and medical device clients including Abbott Vascular (MitraClip), Biosense Webster (CARTO), Allergan (Brilliant Distinctions), Onyx Pharmaceuticals (Kyprolis), Lilly Oncology, Merck, Lundbeck, AMO, and Bausch + Lomb Surgical, across web, digital, direct mail, email, journal ads and tradeshow assets, with extensive leadership on legal and regulatory review processes. She also held earlier roles as Senior Account Executive at Ignite Health (acquired by Palio), Account Executive at Ignite Health, Account Executive at Marshall Advertising & Design, Account Executive at Foote, Cone & Belding, and Account Executive at The Designory, building wide-ranging experience across integrated marketing, advertising strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional client delivery.
