London, England, United Kingdom, August 2024 – Hannah Harding has started her new role as Head of People Analytics & Employee Experience at dmg media. In this position, Hannah will focus on leveraging people analytics to enhance employee experience and drive organizational development within the company.
Hannah has been with dmg media for over two years. Before taking on her new role, she served as an HR Generalist from December 2021 to August 2024, where she was responsible for collaborative problem-solving and organizational development. Prior to that, she was an Executive Assistant at Mail Metro Media, where she supported senior executives and played a key role in streamlining administrative functions.
Earlier in her career, Hannah worked at Metro UK as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Directors, where she managed executive schedules and supported high-level decision-making. Before joining Metro UK, she served as a Sports Desk Assistant at Daily Mail, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced media environment.
