New Delhi, India, February 2026 — Medusa Beverages has announced the appointment of Ashish Saxena as Vice President – Manufacturing, strengthening the company’s leadership capabilities across manufacturing excellence, quality assurance, food safety, and operations. With 25+ years of experience in the beverage industry, Saxena is expected to play a key role in scaling manufacturing performance and ensuring world-class quality standards at Medusa as the brand expands its footprint in India’s premium beer market.
In his new role at Medusa Beverages, Saxena will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations with a strong emphasis on quality systems, food safety compliance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement, aligned with the company’s promise of offering distinctive beer experiences to modern Indian consumers.
Before joining Medusa, Ashish Saxena spent nearly 8+ years with B9 Beverages Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Associate Director – Quality. Based in Delhi, he led quality frameworks and governance for product standards, strengthening the organization’s quality assurance systems in a high-growth environment.
Earlier, he worked with Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) for close to 2 years as Senior Quality Assurance Manager, based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, contributing to robust QA practices in one of the world’s most recognized beer manufacturing ecosystems.
He also served for nearly 5 years at UB Group – a HEINEKEN manufacturing unit, where he held the position of QA Manager in Mumbai, Maharashtra, managing quality assurance functions and supporting operational excellence across production.
Saxena began his long and strong industry journey with PepsiCo, where he spent close to 12 years as a Quality Assurance Executive, contributing to large-scale quality systems, structured process adherence, and the delivery of consistent product standards across manufacturing operations.
Education
Ashish Saxena holds a PGDBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce (2006–2008), supporting his strong operational foundation with formal managerial learning.
