Paris, Île-de-France, France, June 2026 — IN Groupe has appointed Calixte de la Martiniere as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its executive leadership as the company enters a new phase of international growth following the integration of IDEMIA Smart Identity. With a global workforce of approximately 4,000 employees across 40 countries, IN Groupe is focused on strengthening its shared culture, accelerating talent development, and supporting innovation. In his new role, Calixte will lead the Group’s people strategy, aligning organizational design, leadership, culture, and talent with the company’s long-term business ambitions.
Bringing nearly two decades of international leadership experience, Calixte de la Martiniere has built an accomplished career spanning human resources, business transformation, organizational development, corporate communications, and strategic consulting. Prior to joining IN Groupe, he spent more than seven years at Groupe Beneteau, where he most recently served as Chief HR, Transformation & Communication Officer. As a member of the Group Executive Committee, he led the company’s global HR function, transformation programs, and corporate communications while overseeing large multidisciplinary teams and driving major organizational change initiatives across thousands of employees.
During his tenure at Groupe Beneteau, Calixte successfully led the transformation of the Boat Division into three business units, managed significant organizational and social transformation programs across French operations, supported the carve-out of the Housing Division, and expanded enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving ERP, CRM, PLM, and process harmonization. Earlier, as Head of Transformation, he drove the Group’s transformation roadmap, overseeing strategic initiatives including digital transformation, operational restructuring, post-pandemic reorganization, and business optimization projects.
Before Groupe Beneteau, Calixte served as Head of Projects and Integration for Operations at Fnac Darty, where he led post-merger integration initiatives across operations, logistics, after-sales services, customer care, and multichannel transformation. Earlier, he was Strategy Project Leader at Fnac, managing strategic initiatives including digital business development, customer experience innovation, and the integration of Fnac and Darty. He began his leadership career with more than seven years at BearingPoint, advising leading global organizations across retail, consumer goods, media, telecommunications, and public sector industries on strategy, organizational transformation, digital innovation, and operational excellence.
