Sarah Burgin joined Cap America in 2015, starting her journey as the Director of Human Resources before advancing to the role of Vice President of Finance. Burgin’s rich background in retail business management, coupled with her academic achievements—a bachelor’s degree in business management from Central Methodist University and an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University—have equipped her with a unique blend of skills and insights.
