Most recently, she served as an Executive Delivery Manager, where she managed technical recruitment teams, optimized resource allocation, and supported client delivery solutions. Prior to this, Cara held roles as Professional Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, demonstrating her strong ability to connect top talent with critical organizational needs.
Before joining Apex Systems, Cara gained valuable management and operations experience at White Lodging Services as a Dual Operations Manager. Her early career includes a tenure at The Walt Disney Company, where she held various roles, including Club 33 Member Experience Liaison and Guest Experience Manager, highlighting her customer-centric approach and leadership capabilities.
