In this role, Carly will lead Green Street’s HR and cultural strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and fostering a people-first culture to support the company’s mission of delivering actionable insights and intelligence in the real estate sector.

Carly’s early career includes impactful roles at Broadcom, First American Financial Corporation, and Allergan, where she honed her skills in HR operations, metrics, and employee engagement.
